-ASOK specializes in the production of concrete vibrating rods. -The Japanese type concrete vibrator shaft has a diameter of 45mm (1 3/4 inches). -The Japanese (pin) type vibrator shaft is available in sizes 28mm, 32mm, 38mm, 45mm, and 60mm. -These vibrator shafts can be powered by various options including Honda Engine, Robin Engine, Loncin Engine, diesel engine, or electric motor. -The vibrator shafts are known for their stable operation, good mechanical performance, and anti-wear capabilities.
-The vibrator heads are available in sizes 28mm, 32mm, 38mm, 45mm, and 60mm. -The rubber hose used in the concrete vibrating rods has a tension of 800~900 N, hardness ranging from 75 to 80. The thickness is 1.6mm and the width ranges from 16mm to 18mm. It is made of 96 steel wires and has a 40Mn steel lining. -The flexible shaft used in the concrete vibrating rods is made of 70# steel and can withstand a torsional force of 57 N.m.
