Note：The engine oil must be changed on time. A newly purchased engine must have its oil changed within a week. Subsequently, the oil can be changed every 70 hours, which is less frequent than its peers (usually 50 hours). Our engine has no gearbox and the maximum speed is 3600 rpm. If the exhaust pipe of the engine cannot be cleaned, oil will enter the cylinder, the engine will not start, and a large amount of white smoke will appear. The engine cannot be cleaned upside down to avoid oil leakage.
Do you see the blade in the picture? It is made of No. 65 manganese steel. When we finish using the concrete trowel, turn off the machine and don’t forget to clean the remaining concrete on the steel blade (you need to clean it every time you use it)
Note: If you do not clean the blade, concrete sticking to the spatula will affect the next use. Dry concrete blades are difficult to clean.
The engine can be paired by yourself, and the blades and gears basically do not need to be replaced. Bearings can be used in Japan, Taiwan and other countries, but the prices vary greatly, so you need to make your own decision.
Have you seen where the arrow on the left is pointing? It is the position where the knife arm is lubricated and refueled. No. 3 lithium grease (butter) needs to be added. It is more appropriate to mix it with engine oil, which can make the knife arm work longer. The arrow on the right It is the spring of the blade, which is easy to break. Pay extra attention when fixing the angle of the blade, and it must be cleaned after each use.
The above is a concrete cutter bar. This part basically does not require maintenance. It is generally not damaged.If it is damaged, it will need to be replaced. It will prevent the angle of the power spatula from turning, and it can only be rough grinding but not fine grinding. You need to knock it out with a hard object against the vertical ground.

Blade rust: Generally speaking, in a ventilated and dry environment, the blade can remain rust-free for half a year. However, in a humid environment, it only takes 2 weeks for the blade to show signs of rust. Treatment method: Use sanding paper to polish the rusty edge of the blade.
Blade replacement: You only need to unscrew two screws on the blade. It is very simple. Our blade cleaning does not require a high-pressure water gun. Just remember to clean it on time after use (ordinary water pipes are fine)
