Japanese type Concrete vibrator shaft
We are proud to introduce Japanese style (PIN) vibrators with 28mm/32mm/38mm/45mm and 60mm vibrator heads. It can be driven by Honda engine, Robin engine or Longshi engine, diesel engine or electric motor, with stable operation, excellent mechanical performance and wear resistance.
The tensile force of the rubber hose is 800~900N, the hardness is 75~80, the thickness is 1.6mm, the width is 16~18mm, and it is reinforced with 96 steel wires and 40Mn steel wires inside.
The flexible shaft is made of 70# steel and has a torque of 57N.m.
To ensure product quality, we conducted rubber aging tests and tensile tests on the rubber hoses, torsion tests on the flexible shafts, and 100% inspection after assembly.
