The rubber hose is reinforced with 65Mn steel cords, with a width of 16~18mm, a thickness of 1.75mm, a hardness of 80~90 degrees, and a tension of 1000~1100n. The flexible hose has a torsional strength of 65N.m and is composed of 5 to 7 layers of 65MN steel. We have conducted rubber aging tests and tensile tests on the rubber hoses, and the flexible bearings have been torsion tested to ensure the high quality and long-term durability of the product.
After assembly is completed, we conduct 100% inspection to ensure product quality reaches the highest standards.
