High speed vibrator shaft with 12000rpm ,It can work with Enar type ,Bosch type high frequency concrete vibator .Stable operation with low-noise.
Vibrator head is from 35mm/38mm//45mm/48mm
Rubber hose base on 65Mn steel ling with 16~18mm width and 1.75mm thickness ,the hardness is 80~90 degree and 1000~1100n tension
The torsional of flexible hose is 65N.m with 5~7 layers and 65MN steel
For Flexible hose, we have done rubber aging test, tensile test, flexible shaft have torsion test, 100% inspection after assembly.
Work in Repair ,build road ,Personal residence, large buildings, airports, highways ... etc. Low noise with stable operation,Good mechanical performance and anti-wear performance.
