1. Check the power supply, check the equipment, place the equipment in an open area, keep the equipment in a horizontal state and fix it. Prepare the steel bars and accessories.
2. According to the bending drawing, place the steel bars on the bending platform and insert them into the column.
3. Check the column and wire rod to ensure that the wire rod is not damaged or cracked. The protective cover should be tightened reliably. The machine can be operated only after it runs normally.
4. Feed the steel bars between the two cylinders of the disc, and the square baffle supports the steel bars. Support the steel bars, check the surroundings and equipment, and then start the machine for operation.
5. It is strictly forbidden to replace the mandrel, change the angle, adjust the speed, refuel or disassemble during work
6. When bending steel bars, it is strictly forbidden to process steel bars that exceed the diameter, number of steel bars, and mechanical speed specified by the machine
7. When bending high-hardness or low-alloy steel bars, the maximum limit diameter should be changed according to the machine nameplate and the corresponding mandrel should be replaced
8. It is strictly forbidden to stand within the working radius of the bent steel bars and on the side where the machine body is not fixed. The bent semi-finished products should be stacked neatly, and the accessory hooks should not face up after bending
9. After bending, you must wait until the turntable returns to the starting position and stops before the next operation.
10. After work, clean up the site, store the machine, and turn off the power lock box.
1. It is not allowed to bend steel bars at heights or on scaffoldings to avoid being broken and falling from heights during operation;
2. Before the machine is officially put into operation, all parts of the machine should be checked, and it can only be officially put into operation after the no-load test run is normal;
3. During operation, pay attention to being familiar with the direction of the working circle, and place the steel bars according to the rotation direction of the block and the working plate, and do not reverse;
4. During operation, the steel bars must be placed in the middle and lower part of the plug. It is strictly forbidden to bend the steel bars beyond the cross-sectional size. The rotation direction must be accurate, and the distance between the hand and the plug must not be less than 200mm;
5. During the operation of the machine, it is not allowed to refuel or clean, and it is strictly forbidden to replace the mandrel, pin shaft, or change the angle.
