1、The machine has been debugged before leaving the factory, and you don't need to do any work. We have equipped the walking tug on the machine in case you move it in a short distance on site and change the blade.
2、Please read the instructions carefully before using the machine and fill up with fuel and water. Note: make a distinction between tank and tank. The wrong addition can cause fatal engine damage.
3、Remove the M6 nut and connect the battery wire. “十” means positive pole and “一” means negative pole
Note: When connecting the battery, first connect the positive pole, then connect the negative pole. Pay attention to the connection firmly, but do not force too much, so as not to damage the terminal. When disassembling a battery, first remove the negative pole, then remove the positive pole.
4、Check that the engine is lubricated.
Note: The engine shall not work without lubricating oil and check whether the transmission turbine worm oil is in the middle of the oil level mirror.
5、Please check whether the gasoline engine and the rocker buttons of the remote control are working normally.
Engine fuel gasoline is highly flammable and explosive. Improper use may lead to fire and life safety. Please do not smoke when refueling, do not refueling the high temperature and running machine. If any splash occurs during refueling, please wipe it clean immediately. If any splash occurs to eyes, please rinse with water immediately. If the case is serious, please seek medical advice immediately.
Please read the operation instructions carefully before operation and pay attention to the warning labels on the machine.
Operators need to be trained before operating the machine. Those who do not know the common sense of machine safety and operation specifications cannot operate the machine. Improper operation can lead to serious safety accidents, even life-threatening.
Proper use of lifting or moving tools.
Before starting, do not put your feet in or above the surrounding protective ring to ensure that the operator has appropriate protection, including foot protection.
When starting the machine, make sure the throttle is on. Check your surroundings, remove any objects from the operating area, and ensure that there is enough space and a safe distance from the surrounding builders.
Do not allow children under 18 years of age near the machine, please do not stay away from the machine in the active state, so as not to cause unnecessary harm.
Do not arbitrarily modify the machine, because any change will bring adverse operation, may reduce the service life of the machine, and cause safety problems in serious cases. Note: Any changes to the machine will result in the machine's warranty being void
Maintain the machine regularly so that it is always in good working condition.
Attention Please：
The items that can threaten the safety of machines and operators include: protruding formwork formwork supports and fixed pile heads, etc.
Night construction should have good external lighting, check the machine line in advance and adjust the machine's own floodlight, prepare the fuse and bulb.
Engine exhaust is a deadly poisonous gas. Operate the machine in a ventilated environment away from where exhaust fumes may accumulate.
Safety protective clothing shall be provided. Protective equipment includes (but not limited to): Shoes, long sleeves, clothing, gloves, ear protectors, glasses, hard hats, etc. For special areas, please contact the construction manager to ask what kind of safety equipment should be equipped.
Read the instruction carefully before maintenance. Cut off the oil circuit of the machine and wait for the machine to cool down completely before starting.
For parts that must be lifted to work (cross assembly, control link, etc.) make sure that the machine is completely fixed in place to prevent slipping and causing an accident.
The testing machine should be careful not to have residual lumps of cement slurry on the machine to test all parts and ensure the correct installation.
Please replace and repair the worn parts and spare parts that have been damaged.
Replace engine oil and trifilter in time.
